Returns & refunds
Return eligibility
Request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered and have their original tags attached; trying an item on to check the fit is fine. Once your return is approved, send it back within 14 days. Gift cards, items returned without prior authorisation, and any item clearly marked final sale on its product page cannot be returned. Items bought with an automatic bundle discount can be returned and are refunded at the price actually paid.
How to start a return
Email AFTERFORM support with your order number and the items you would like to return. We will reply with return instructions and the correct return address. Contact us before sending your parcel; parcels sent back without authorisation cannot be accepted.
Return shipping & refunds
Eligible US returns include a free prepaid return label and there is no restocking fee. For international returns you arrange and pay for return shipping and any customs charges. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days after we receive and inspect your return. Your bank or card issuer usually takes a further 5-10 business days to post the credit, which is outside our control. Outbound shipping is refunded when an entire order is returned; it is not refunded on a partial return.
Wrong, damaged or faulty items
If an item arrives wrong, damaged or faulty, email us with your order number, a description of the issue and photos of the item and packaging within 7 days of delivery. We cover the return or replacement shipping in these cases and will replace or refund the item. If tracking shows delivered but your parcel is missing, contact us within 7 days of the delivery scan.
Size exchanges
US size exchanges are free and subject to availability. Email support with your order number and the size you need; if the size is unavailable we will refund you instead. International orders are handled as a return and a new order.
Cancellations, EU and UK rights
You can cancel an order within 1 hour of placing it, provided it has not already shipped; email support with your order number. If your order is delivered in the European Union or the United Kingdom you also have 14 days from delivery to cancel for any reason without giving a justification, in addition to our 30-day policy; the item must still be unworn, unwashed and tagged. These consumer rights are not limited by anything stated above.
