Shipping policy
Last updated 25 September 2026. All orders are packed and shipped from Orlando, Florida.
Order processing
Orders are processed within 3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding US public holidays). Orders placed after 2:00 PM ET, on a weekend, or on a holiday begin processing the next business day. During new releases, restocks and sale periods processing can take up to 5 business days. You get a confirmation email when your order is placed, and a second email with tracking as soon as it ships.
Shipping options and rates
- US Standard – $8.00 – 5 to 8 business days in transit after processing.
- US Standard – free when your merchandise subtotal is $70.00 or more after discounts and before tax.
- International – flat $25.00 per order – 8 to 14 business days in transit after processing.
We do not offer an expedited, express or overnight service. All rates above are in US dollars. If you are shopping from outside the United States, prices and shipping are converted and charged in your local currency at checkout using our payment provider’s exchange rate, so the amount you see may differ from the US dollar figure.
Total delivery time
Processing time and transit time are separate and add together. A US order placed on a business day before 2:00 PM ET is normally delivered 8 to 11 business days later (up to 3 business days processing plus 5 to 8 business days transit). An international order is normally delivered 11 to 17 business days later (up to 3 business days processing plus 8 to 14 business days transit). These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. Carrier delays, weather, customs and peak season volume can extend them.
Where we ship
We ship throughout the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii and US territories, and to 27 international destinations across Europe, the United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, South Korea, Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong SAR, Israel and the United Arab Emirates. The exact destinations and charges available for your address are shown at checkout before you pay.
Duties and import taxes
International duties, import taxes and customs fees are not included at checkout. They are the customer's responsibility and are collected by the carrier or your local customs office before delivery.
Tracking
Tracking is emailed as soon as your label is created. It can take 24 to 48 hours for the carrier to record the first scan. If tracking has not updated after 5 business days, contact us and we will open a trace with the carrier.
Address accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can only change an address before the order ships, so email us right away if something is wrong. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an address that was entered incorrectly. If a package comes back to us as undeliverable, we will refund the order minus the original shipping cost, or reship it once the new shipping cost is paid.
Lost, stolen or damaged packages
If tracking shows delivered but the package is not there, please check with household members, neighbours and your building office first, then contact us within 7 days of the delivery scan and we will help file a carrier claim. If your order arrives damaged, email photos of the item and the packaging within 7 days of delivery and we will replace or refund it.
Delays
If we cannot ship within the stated timeframe we will email you the revised timing and your cancellation and refund options. Any additional charge is disclosed for your agreement before we proceed.
Returns and cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of being placed, as long as they have not already shipped. Unworn, unwashed items with tags still attached can be returned within 30 days of delivery, with a free prepaid label for US orders. Full details are in our Return and refund policy.
