Terms of service
These terms describe purchases from AFTERFORM. Review the product details, size selection, shipping information and returns policy before placing an order. Nothing in these terms limits consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Orders, pricing & payment
Prices are displayed in the currency shown on the storefront. Applicable shipping charges and taxes are shown before payment. Supply accurate contact, delivery and payment information, and use a payment method you are authorized to use. An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order. If an item is unavailable or a material listing or pricing error affects your order, we will contact you before proceeding with a changed order or cancel it and refund any payment collected.
Product information & sizing
Read the materials, fit and care information for the item you select. Screen settings can affect the appearance of colors. Garment composition, fit notes and available sizes are listed on each product page.
Changes & cancellations
Email support as soon as possible if you need to change an address, size or order. You may request to cancel an order within 1 hour of placing it, provided it has not already shipped. After that 1-hour window, or once a parcel has shipped, follow the returns process. We will not substitute a different item or increase your charge without your agreement.
Using the store
Use the store lawfully. Do not misuse accounts, interfere with the website, submit fraudulent orders or copy AFTERFORM artwork for unauthorized commercial use. Links to external services are provided for convenience; those services have their own terms and privacy practices.
Privacy & communication
Personal information is handled as described in the linked Privacy Policy. Order and service messages relate to your purchase. Optional marketing preferences should be managed separately from necessary order communications, and you can use the unsubscribe controls in marketing messages.
Questions & policy changes
Contact support if there is a problem with your order so we can help resolve it. These terms do not remove your statutory rights or your ability to raise a valid payment dispute. Future policy changes will be dated; changes will not retroactively reduce rights relating to an existing order.

Returns must be authorized first. Support will provide the correct return address with the return instructions. Do not send a parcel to a supplier, payment-provider or unrelated address.
